Kids' Ukulele Classes in Singapore
The perfect first instrument — gentle on little fingers, immediate musical reward, and a small-group setting where kids actually look forward to practice. From age 7 upwards.
Why parents choose ukulele first
Kids actually enjoy practising
Because they play real songs from week one — not scales. The motivation gap that kills most music lessons just doesn't exist with ukulele.
Builds a foundation for any instrument
Chords, rhythm, and singing in tune — the core musical skills transfer beautifully if your child later moves to guitar, piano, or voice.
Small, friendly group setting
Kids learn faster (and have far more fun) when they're playing alongside peers, not staring at a teacher one-on-one.
Brand new ukulele included
Every child gets their own ukulele to keep, included with sign-up — no shopping around, no risk of a toy that won't stay in tune.
Parent FAQs
What age is the ukulele suitable for?
From around age 7. Younger kids can sometimes start, but ukulele chord shapes and singing along usually click best from primary 1 onwards. We're happy to chat about your child specifically — just message us.
Is the ukulele a good first instrument for children?
It's hard to beat. Soft nylon strings (gentle on small fingers), only four strings to track, and immediate musical reward — kids play real songs in their first lesson, which keeps motivation sky-high.
Do you offer classes during school holidays?
Yes, we run holiday camps and short courses across the school holiday windows. WhatsApp us for the current holiday programme.
Can siblings or friends join the same class?
Absolutely — many of our happiest kid students joined with a sibling or schoolmate. Group sign-ups are very welcome.
Does my child need their own ukulele?
Every student gets a brand new ukulele to keep, included with sign-up. No shopping around, no risk of buying a toy.
