Why students from Bugis love our class
Surrounded by Singapore's creative quarter
Bugis, Bras Basah, and Kampong Glam form Singapore's most creative pocket — art schools, indie cafés, music shops. A weekly ukulele class fits the vibe perfectly.
Easy after a study or work session
Students from SOTA, Lasalle, and SMU often pop over after class. The studio's just one MRT stop or a pleasant walk from anywhere in the Bugis cluster.
Great for groups of friends
Plenty of our Bugis students sign up in pairs or trios — it's a low-pressure, high-fun way to spend an evening together every week.
How to get here from Bugis
From Bugis MRT exit C, walk down Victoria Street past Bras Basah Complex and Chijmes — Excelsior Shopping Centre sits at the corner of Coleman Street and North Bridge Road, about 15 minutes' walk. Or take the East-West line one stop to City Hall, then 3 minutes on foot.

Bugis FAQs
Is it walkable from Bugis or should I take the MRT?
Both work. The 15-minute walk down Victoria Street is pleasant, especially in the evenings. If it's hot or raining, one MRT stop to City Hall is faster.
Are there food options near the studio after class?
Loads — Funan, CHIJMES, and the hawker stalls around Capitol are all within 5 minutes' walk. Plenty of late-night options if class runs into dinnertime.
